Exceptionally bad service

I have 3 contracts with Cell C, 2 of which are coming to an end in a few weeks. The contracts department phoned me to renew them and I declined as I am NOT happy with Cell C service. I get constant dropped calls, whatsapp is sporadic and basically don't find their service up to standard. Even though I declined renewal of the contracts, I was hounded and eventually I gave in and said I would give them one more chance - stupidly so! The lady then promised delivery of the new i-phones WITHIN 3-4 working days. Let me repeat... 3-4 working days! That was about 4 weeks ago! After 2 weeks I rep**** to their emails and cancelled due to breach of verbal agreement to deliver within 3-4 working days. Yesterday (that's 4 weeks later) the courier knocked on my door to deliver the i-phones! I DID NOT ACCEPT THEM. Why is it so difficult to simply deliver the service you promise and advertise? I will NEVER recommend you or EVER renew or take out another contract with you. Your service SUCKS!
