Exceptional Service received

Good day,

I felt that I needed to provide feedback about one of the brilliant Cell-C staff who provided me with exceptional service. It is important that good service be celebrated, as in this day many will complain but hold off on providing compliments when warranted.

I had a complex problem which involved Vumatel delaying an approval of a black Friday deal, in short an employee of Cell-C named Nobility Sebogodi resolved the issue for me. He called and provide updates almost daily. He also escalated my issue and got his manager to escalate further when needed. He resolved the issue fully providing me with the deal that I app**** for even when Vumatel said there was nothing they could do from their side.

Nobility went above and beyond, he was always professional and polite. In many organisations the person you raise an issue with often does not get back to you, and we as the customers are left having to call back many times. This was not the case with Nobility and his brilliant service is clearly an indication of his great work ethic and desire to do his job well.

I wanted to highlight this, and to say that the current trajectory that Cell-C is on is excellent and I will gladly recommend Cell-C to as many people as possible.
