Exceptional service from K****tso Kelo

I called in a few days ago with a query. While talking to the consultant the call dropped and she didn't call me back. I then called again a bit irritated when K****tso answered the call and was really polite. He told me that the other consultant would call me back and I decided to seek his assistance. He went out of his way to assist me and ensure my query was resolved. Even went further to ensure I got a better deal. After doing all this he wouldn't even accept my gratitude and said he was doing his job. I was so chuffed that I committed to staying with cellc for as long as he handled my contract. He sent me a mail, and asked I should mail him every time I had a query. We need more individuals like K****tso who love their job and goes the extra mile. Well done and keep it up.
