Exceptional Service by Rahaba Cell C Cresta Mall In Feb 2024

I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time and actually glad that finally I am writing it. In February 2024 my car was broken into around 5:15 am while I was in the GYM at Maponya Mall it was on a Wednesday. My valuable items were ****** including my cell phone which then lead to having to blocking of the devices in order to assist with the case number. I had to go back to the Mall Maponya Cell C upon the shop being opened around 10am to block and do sim swap I was only assisted with blocking of the sim card after it being a mission the young man light in complexion was rather not interested and bored and told me that it wont be possible to retrieve my old numbers for sim swap because I never transacted much . On Sat I then decided to go to Cresta Mall and the lady who welcomed me with a smile and friendliness was Ausi Rahaba she helped me with retrieving my numbers back and managed to do sim swap I couldn't believe it after what I was told at Maponya Mall . This made me question a lot in terms of maturity and location because I wasn't assisted where the unfortunate event transpired but assisted without hustles at Cresta Mall. Therefore Thank You so much Ausi Rahaba on the day she assisted me I didn't save her name but after 2 months I went to Cresta with my daughter and walked in the store to Thank her again and took her name but still forgot it now last week it hit me again and I called the store just to get her name and they told me hence now I am writing this review we need more client facing to be of such Caliber this lady assisted me with warmth besides buying or getting a sale and she didn't even know what I went through to loose the sim Card .Young man at Maponya Mall I hope that you can be sent to Cresta Mall to learn a thing or 2 ..
