Exceptional listener

Good day<br> <br> It is rare that I have experienced such fantastic service as I did from Tarryn.<br> <br> After what I can only describe as poor communication from other consultants or poor understanding on my side, Tarryn from your retentions department really assisted.<br> <br> Neither of the 1st two consultants really could make me understand how the billing would occur for the last 9 days of my contract. Note that this does not deter from their professionalism and friendliness. <br> <br> Tarryn managed to bridge the gap in their explanations, advising that if I cancel on 9 July 2015, I will be refunded a portion of the July straight up subscription excluding hardware in August. This was the heart of the issue to which I was given conflicting responses.<br> <br> My real appreciation was for Tarryn's fantastic ability to listen and respond appropriately, without getting frustrated and while maintaining professionalism. This was despite my erroneous statements and my frustration with not understanding exactly what I needed to know. <br> <br> I would appreciate if you could pass on my sincere gratitude to her for her wonderful attitude.
