Exceptional Customer Service requires high praise

Sipho Ngobeni (Retentions Upgrade) deserves special recognition for his outstanding commitment to customer service. I really hope his efforts do not go unnoticed and he is treated and honoured as an example of exemplary customer service.<br> <br> While on the phone to Cell C to upgrade my husband's contract, and o the third attempt for the evening, my patience had run thin as prior to Sipho I had two unpleasant experiences. Sipho went out of his way to understand my problem and to identify how he could assist me going forward in order to achieve the outcome I was looking for... After incorrect migrations done on my previous phone call which cut off - I was extremely delighted with the service received from Sipho even when I'm sure he could sense my frustration he patiently let me rant and looked for a resolution even so far as reviewing the terms and conditions with me!<br> <br> Please could you acknowledge this shining example of customer service with all the relevant heads of department and ensure that in the best interests of Cell C's future you do not lose the like of Sipho who may be the only reason my husband's contract is going to remain with Cell C!<br>
