Exceptional Customer Service

Went into Eastgate branch on 7 Feb 2015 to find out about contract with Samsung S5 mini since other stores said the phone had reached end of life. Planned on porting from another network.<br> Spoke to Andriana who was friendly, patient, efficient and knowledgeable (a very rare combination in customer services!) She took time to explain the different contract options and the T&Cs, she also assisted other customers whilst I was filling in forms whilst still attending to my queries and not making me feel neglected. It was because of her attitude and service that I ended up filling in forms for a new contract despite not having confirmation if the phone was available (she said she would follow up if there is stock and get back to me on 9 Feb. She called and emailed me when she said she would. I ended up taking a contract at this branch with a new Samsung model even though I live in Fourways because of the service I received from Andriana. She went the extra mile. When I came to sign the contract on 13 Feb, she again assisted me. Have to mention the great service from Arthur who assisted to transfer content from old to new phone and with screen protection. He takes pride in his work.
