Exceptional Customer Experience
I contacted the call centre @retention dept. I was not sure if my contract was due or not so i wanted to check. Upon holding for about 5 minutes, i managed to get through to an agent by the name Siphiwe/Simpiwe.
The gentleman was polite, straight to the point & effecient. That 5 minutes i hold for an agent was nothing compared to an excellent service the gentleman gave me. The way he conducted the security check, he didnt make it sound as if i am in interrogation room like some others do.
To top it all, he gave me a great deal.
