Excellent staff providing excellent service at Cell C Kolonnade (Pretoria)

<p>I recently visited the Cell C store in the Kolonnade Shopping Centre in order to upgrade my phone/contract. We were also looking for a wifi-option which would suit our needs at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff at the Cell C in Kolonnade is exceptional. The friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service we received impressed us immensely. The different options in respect of the different wifi-routers and packages available were explained and we were able to make an informed decision regarding which package would suit us best.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone I wanted was not in stock and they indicated that they would let me know as soon as they had stock available. A week later I got the call saying that the phone was in stock and I could proceed with the upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>I upgraded my phone without any hassle or problems and the service we received from Arnold and Henri at the store was something I would remember. I will not go anywhere else in future, as all the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel right at home. You do not even realise the time passing while you are waiting for the ‘’admin’’ to be completed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend everyone to go to Cell C Kolonnade for all your queries, or even just for a chat! They are exceptional!</p> <p> </p> <p>Arnold is an extremely good manager, his manner and friendliness surely has an impact on all his staff and it can be seen in the way they all deal with customers and how friendly they are.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very satisfied customer!</p> <p> </p>
