Excellent Service Nomantande Nkombi - Durban Office

This email is a BIG "shout out" to compliment Nomantande Nkombi, your Call Centre Agent based in Durban. We had the pleasure of her assisting us on Saturday evening the 24/3/2018. I have been battling for more than 8 months to download anything from music to work documents on my phone. Previously it could not be resolved. Noma was like a breath of fresh air! She was patient and even phoned us back. She guided us through the settings with such ease and professionalism, although it took time(with us being slow!). Her level of knowledge is exceptional! Her unique telephone s****s are simply amazing! In my experience most call agents get irritated if a problem is not "easy" to resolve. Not Noma - she remained enthusiastic, adamant to resolve the problem. Norma in one word...you were "terrific"! In a country were client service is really non-existent in some industries, you have proven me wrong. There are still people out there that are passionate about client service. I have been a Cell C customer for many years(not on the specific number you assisted us on) and will now, more than ever before, be an advocate for the Cell C Brand....thanks to excellent service like yours!
