Excellent service in getting my fibre up and running

I want thank Cell C CFibre for the excellent service I received from the technician that setup my router and activated the internet service for my fibre. Throtoshwane (I have no idea how to spell his name so I'm just writing it as I heard it, my apologies) really went out of his way to help me. He phone me before hand and guided me through what is needed and after he setup the router there was an issue which he was initially told by the support team was a Frogfoot issue. However the next morning he phoned me to hear if the fibre has come on. After I told he no, he again phoned support before phoning me to check if it the problem was solved. I again said no, so he came out to my house again and phone Frogfoot and whatever setting was wrong was fix. It was such a pleasure dealing with him. I really had the impression that we wanted to help me. I hope the message reaches the right ears.
