EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM REKASH PRIARAM
I have been a Cellc Customer since 2013.
Early this year i have done an early upgrade via the call centre. After a month my husband and i were hijacked!
I have tried numerous ways to reapply for a new contract via the cellc branch,the call centre and written appeals which failed.In all cases my contract was rejected due to low score and an existing cell c contract!
I then tried other networks which also failed.Finaly i have decided to contact a senior staff member of Cellc who was Mr Rekash Priaram.
Due to his excellent knowledge,his understanding nature and excellent managerial s****s,he was able to motivate and successfully get me a new cell c contract!
His work is excellent!I would recommend him to anyone!He tries to help people even if its out of his reach!
All networks should have staff members like him!I am extremely happy with the outcome!Thanks Rekash!
