Excellent service from Nobuhle

I just wanted to commend Nobuhle from Cell C fibre support. My wifi was down for a few days and I was getting no feedback as to what was happening with the ticket that I logged. I decided to give it another try on a Saturday afternoon and thankfully I did. I managed to get through to an extremely helpful and knowledgeable advisor called Nobuhle. She took me through the troubleshooting process and my wifi was back up within 15 minutes. She is a real asset to the company. Thank you again Nobuhle.
