Excellent Service from Mrs. Ngcobo (Social Media department) at Cell C!

After a previously disappointing experience with Cell C (see my review on 02.02.2021) I was amazed to receive very good service from the Social Media department at Cell C. The Sales-, Contracts-, Cancellations-, Back Office- and Call Center teams were absolutely ********** and couldn't resolve my issues. This after calling at least 20 times! I received the most professional service from a Mrs. Thabisile Ngcobo; who followed up and resolved my issues. Even though I would not recommend Cell C, based on my previous experiences, I do however commend Mrs. Ngcobo and the level of service she provided. Hopefully her professionalism will rub off on her colleagues.
