Excellent Service from Cell C staff

Compliments to Cell C employees. who have gone above and beyond customer service. I have a Cell C Lte Router and have had problems with connectivity since moving to the Eastern Cape for Lockdown. Two members of staff stand out particularly from the others who gave good service.

1. From Technical desk: Lunda Ngxumsa who followed up on his promise to help me get the network connection sorted. He did follow up.

2. Fuzzludien Finnis from the network division in Port Elizabeth who phoned to explain the issue, then followed up with head office to adjust my contract to enable network connection.

Both, professional, efficient and followed up on promises.
