Excellent Service - Deon - Cell c Gateway

Last year November we walked into the store at Gateway and was greeted by the store manager Deon. We walked in to enquire about a phone, he was so knowledgeable, he took time to advise us on the phones that was available, he was extremely patient with answering all our questions, we walked in with a query and walked out with a contract. We we needed to get another phone so we contacted Deon again, bearing in mind that there are other cellc stores in our area which we did not want to go to, Deon again patiently assisted us by advising us of the best contract most suitable for our needs, he went beyond his duties by assisting us as well, his after sale assistance was top notch.In a world were people are just interested in making a sale with no concern for the customer, Deon was the total opposite. He is indeed an exemplary manager for the store and is an absolute asset to the company.Thank you Deon for the fantastic service my husband and I received from you.
