Excellent Service

This is just a token of appreciation to one of your sales consultants - Twaiba Mohamed. A couple of weeks ago I sent through an online application for a contract. I got a call from a guy by the name of Mahlomola who said he'd assist with the application and said I'd have to send through my supporting docs to him, I did all that but he never got back to me. I then called in and spoke to Karabo Kwabibane who also asked that I send her my docs, which I did andagain there was no response from her as well. On Wednesday, May 27 I received a call from Twaiba who explained why the other consultants didn't get back to me and that she would assist with my inquiry. Twaiba went out of her way to make sure I get the device I wanted. She made follow-up calls to let me know how far my application was. The device was delivered today but believe me when I say Twaiba called seconds before the delivery guy was at my gate to let me know that the device was out for delivery. I hope Cell C is aware that they have a gem in Twaiba. She's worthy of a big raise and even bigger bonus lol. Thank you Twaiba, you're an angel.
