Excellent Service by Palesa.

On Saturday the 9th of Dec, I went into the store for an upgrade on one of my lines, and although one of the reps from Black skipped me to assist those that came after me, Palesa called me to her station to assist, and I was indeed swept by the level of presidency, problem solving s****s and patience. It took more than usually to assist but she wanted to see me leave the store with no problems. You could tell she had a long day, but she still gave me the most excellent of service, like I was her first client fot the day. I know where to go next time for any query relating to my contracts.
