Excellent Service

Good Day

2 weeks ago I came to this platform to express my frustrations with cell c and the service that I received from them to a point where one of their consultants hung up on . Anyway today I have a very different view of cell c thanks to Phumzile Mbuli who is the social media consultant for cell c. I have absolutely no words to express my gratitude to this lady , she has been nothing less of amazing from the day she took over my query.

What i appreciated the most about you Phumzile is the fact that you kept me updated , this lady called me almost each and every day to let me know how far they were with resolving my issue , I am so humbled. This is what I call customer service.

And to the rest of the team leaders of cell c - not all of them , specifically the two who kept saying they were going to call me back and never did , I hope you see this message and learn a thing or two from Phumzile about excellent customer service

At Cell C you have a gem in your organization , I hope your management treats her well , because she is nothing less of perfect. Very humble and very professional

Thank you Phumzile for bringing my hope with cell c back , I was really at the verge of cancelling all my contracts with them - perhaps it wouldn't have made any difference to cell c because I am after all just one customer in a million - however I would have made sure that no one in my circle ever takes any of cell c services , at this point - I can have my entire family and stakeholders consider cell c services because of the 1 lady who was patient enough to listen , understand my query and keep me updated right up till the query is resolved
