Excellent Service

On the 22nd of February 2016 I was due for an upgrade but unfortunately I had to go to hospital the same day for a minor procedure in theatre. As I was recovering, I received an email from Thato Shihau on the 29th February 2016 informing me that I am eligible for an upgrade (which I was already aware of but appreciated the call). She asked the relevant questions and once I had answered them, she was able to assist me very quickly. My contract was upgraded in a very short space of time. She even arranged to personally deliver my new device to me. She was on top of everything and made sure she kept me updated on progress. I am very impressed with the service offered and I'm busy convincing my husband to switch to Cell C. <br> <br> Keep up the good work Thato!!
