Excellent Service

I am a happy man today.<br> <br> -I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Mario Davis with his excellent service that he gave to me.<br> -Mr. Davis on the 20 February 2015 I spoke to him regarding the problem I experience with Cell c, and he promise that he will investigate and give me feed-back not later than Monday.<br> -On Monday the 23 February 2015 I got a call from Mr. Davis in the morning for updates and by surprise during the same day he called me again to ask address were should the phone be delivered.<br> -After 17h:00 afternoon at work in reception they call me to come and collect my delivery, again it was Mr. Davis with my delivery of Black Berry Z3.<br> -Mr. Davis he was so kind and willing to assist me in any way, during the delivery I took my opportunity to ask him about my R435.40 refund from Cell C as the promise to pay.<br> -Making it easy and keep the customer informed is what Mr. Davis did, he even promise that I should wait at least by Friday I should get my money and by surprise on Thursday 26 February 2015 my money is in my bank.<br> -Cell C to regain trust from your customers, make sure that you value worker like Mr. Davis.<br> -Mr. Davis you did excellent work all the best
