Excellent service
Signed up for upgrade telephonically but discard could not be delivered as I was stuck in meeting. This affected my account I meant to upgrade which left me with no contract. Montclair assisted me in dealing with the query. I had no access to phone for five days. Montclair assisted in cancelling the contract .done through the call centre and ensured that I do a direct contract with them. On 09 March is my birthday and I have a new phone. Job well done!!! ( good work Lydia and Zanobia!!)
