Excellent Service
I went to Rosebank Cell C to do 2 upgrades. I was immediately helped by Promise. She was excellent from start to finish. Great attitude, willingness to assist, knowledgeable, clearly explained terms and conditions and added value with inside knowledge of the brand and extra services. She was truly outstanding - if everyone had the experience I had with Promise, no one would ever give a bad review.
