Excellent Service
I recently upgraded my cell phone contract at the cell c store in Gateway, Umhlanga.<br> I had quiet a complicated request- Nicole went beyond the extra mile to ensure my customer experience was more than satisfactory.<br> <br> If Cell C used her as the bench mark for their customer service- the franchise and mobile network will have a ton more of satisfied customers.<br> <br> Regards<br> OJ Naidoo<br> One extremely satisfied customer.
