EXCELLENT SERVICE

Good morning<br> <br> Last week Monday I realised I was overcharged for a data bundle by a consultant at Cell C Parow centre.<br> <br> I called the store, explained my situation to Cherylene and in minutes she got back to me. I was advised I can come in anytime for my refund. On Saturday I went to the store where Cherylene once again gave me prompt service. I would just like to thank her for her professionalism over the phone and in store and for resolving my query.<br> <br> P.S unfortunately the manageress at that store got a bad attitude and are very unpleasant. She can learn alot from Cherylene.
