Excellent Service

<p>I received a call from your Outbound Department from Mlamuli Gadebe and would like to inform you of the excellent service he provided. He was patient, articulate, very informative etc and went beyond my expectation. I teased him and said that he deserves a BIG increase and a promotion for this type of service as this quality is rare.
