Excellent, Efficient Service!
We would just like to commend Karabo Makola from the Johannesburg region, for a job well done. We have been trying to get assistance with our wifi connection from the cell c technical support team the whole weekend, spoke to 4 different people who all failed to assist. He only needed 20 minutes of our time, was very patient and talked us through each and every step thoroughly. Great service! Resolved very quickly! Keep it up Karabo!
