Excellent customer service ever

We have been struggling with a router sim swap. After lodging a complaint query! I was then contacted by Thabisile Ngcobo. Firstly! She is polite and friendly. She has an ability to soothe an irate customer. Secondly! She is professional, courteous and knows customer service excellence, and has integrity. She not only solved our query, she's going above and beyond to assisting us. It's what it's called "under promise and OVER deliver" She played that like a champ👏🏼

She was patient and kept her promise of calling back. Which is rare. She doesn't only deserves a raise, but to be promoted too.
