Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my Blue Label sim card and although they use Cell C's Towers, they are not on the Cell C database. The lady who assisted us, Chantelle Jacobs really went above and beyond her normal service duties. She phoned Blue Label for me and explained to them what my situation was and that I needed to do a sim swap in order for me to use my old number. What a relief it was when they actually assisted me with the sim swop. Well done Chantelle Jacobs, you have proven to me that you still get good service. Wendy Laas
