Excellent Customer Service

My name is Ayanda a long serving client of Cellc. I would to commend the excellent service that i received from Naledi Bojabotseha a customer care agent. I wanted to do Simswop and noone could assist me at Cellc and i kept on phoning but all the other agents were impatient. Until i get Naledi on the phone,if im correct i was phining for the 3rd time and you could imagine how frustrated i was. Naledi was so helpful, had patience, kind and very friendly with me. I have managed to do the Simswop after so much struggle. We need people like Naledi as customer care agents who got people skills and empathy. Thank you sis for your lovely personality and you served me with a smile( i could feel your smile miles away). Keep on doing the great job. You have a beautiful soul and beautiful smile.
