Excellent Customer Service

Yesterday(07.02.2016) I went to Cell C store at Southgate Mall upon my arrival I was approached by a consultant by the name of Shakeel who politely and asked how he can help me with, his approached was friendly not to mention polite I then told him I want to do a sim swap cause my phone has a problem which I explained to him<br> <br> He then advised me about what we can do and I ended up not doing sim swap, I just want to thank him for the excellent customer service he really went an extra mile for me, It's not every consultant that can do what his done and believe you me should I need help I will definitely go to Cell C Southgate and I will tell my friends and family about him and his service, He must keep it up <br> <br> And not forgetting the staff there as well, they were friendly and all greeted me while Shakeel was assisting me Cell C Southgate Staff ROCKS!!! I'm very impressed about everything
