Excellent customer service

<p>Thank you to Debbie, the manager from Cell C The Bridge store, who gave me excellant customer service regarding a replacement handset I had to get from their store through an insurance claim. She constantly followed up with the case (because at the time I went to collect my new handset the store was out of stock) and checked if I finally received the handset which she couried to me in Jeffreys Bay. I would also like to thank Natasha Carr from C-surance who took up my case after I had struggled with C-surance who were not attending to my case and complained about their bad service. Natasha also followed up on my case and resolved the issue promptly. She then also followed up and checked up on me to see if i got my new handset. Big ups to these two ladies for the excellant service and work. You are definately in the right industry. Keep doing best :)</p>
