Excellent customer service

Let us not reach out to "Hello Peter" only when we have complaints — credit should be given where it’s due. I recently had a very positive experience with the Cell C call centre and felt it important to share. I spoke to three female agents during the call, which took place around 10:30. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the first agent, but the second and third were Bathabile and Namhla. I am beyond grateful for the assistance I received — all three agents went above and beyond to help me, each providing exceptional service. It’s rare to contact a call centre and receive such consistently excellent support from every person you speak to. Cell C, you truly have some of the best assets working for you.
