Excellent Consultant

During last month, I took advantage of the Cell C Switch Deal. The previous SP, were not too happy to deal with the resultant issues. You Consultant, Scarlett Olivia, from the Lephalale Branch, really went out of her way, to get it all sorted. I only met her personally for 5 minutes, in the Brits Branch, and that was it. all the rest of the communication was done via calls, SMS's and emails. I was kept up to date with the whole process. I had to go to my previous SP, and started DEMANDING action from their side, to get things done. In the end it took 3 weeks for the process to go through. Once the swap was done, things ran smoothly. After the process was completed, and the Cell C service was switched on, Scarlett phoned me twice, just to make sure that everything was in order. That is customer service for you.
