Excellent Client Service Wazeer Mohamed from Cell C Cape Gate

Good Day Cell C

I want to start this mail by stating this is not a complaint but a compliment to Mr Wazeer Mohamed that works at the Cell C store in Cape Gate.

I am a victim of Identity theft. Multiple service providers gave credit on my name to multiple ********** without even considering the person doing the credit application does not suit the kind of lifestyle and the sales reps who allowed these contracts to go through did not do their job as clearly they did not know what FICA means. Pure negligence.

Luckily for me, Mr Mohamed app**** his knowledge, s****s and discretion on the 17th of December 2019 and protected me as well as Cell C the company from losing money (Phone). He noticed something was out of place with this specific person whom was trying to apply for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+,. He informed the police of what is going on and suspects identify ***** and this person was arrest by the Table Bay SAPS.

This ******** has multiple felonies against his name and Mr Mohamed went out of his way for someone he does not know and even gave a statement at the police station. I thank him for what he has done for me and believe Cell C should recognise his efforts for saving Cell C from a ***** investigation and losing a phone. He also saved Cell C’s reputation.

This is a man that goes over and above the normal duties assigned to him by Cell C and applying himself to his Job.

This is an employee that Cell C should highly value and look after as there are not a lot of honest citizens that would do what he did.

I will be in touch with Cell C as this unfolds. I know it is against company policy to give employee information out however this is the good news we need more of so please give Mr Mohamed a massive thank you from me. He deserves a promotion.
