Avoid any contract with Cell C at all costs. They will ****** you for more money at the end, even when you have paid off your contract in full. I terminated my fibre contract with Cell C in July of this year and paid in full, I have never provided proof of payment during my 5 years with them as it reflects through my reference number. The harassment for payment began in October and insisted that I send proof of payment which I did. It was apparently not good enough because it did not have their account number on the proof of payment but that is because they are a public recipient, even the half-wit knows that but it did include my reference number which they have used for 5 years. They refuse to allocate the funds towards this reference number as they are ext or ting me for more money. They even had the audacity to send their debt collection agency after me. I have requested that they send their finance department and legal department representatives' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and ID numbers so that I can lay a charge of harassment and ext or tion which they have not done.
