EVERY TIME

Every time i have a problem with cell c i always have to phone back that theys till dont get back to me and always come back to Hallo Peter. its been almost a month now going farward and always end up going 20 back i have asked cell c to sort my account out as contracts that has ended they just put it on for a new contract after i said dont want to upgrade. is it really so bad for cell c to look after the clients that has a lot of contracts and paying a arm and a leg ref ********** 8 this has been going on for a while and after phoneing and them telling me that they would get back to me and after sending facebook mesg as well still they dont get back to me. can this problem be solved and i think its time to start looking at other service providers that does not do the same as cell c, top it all off you get like 750 sms a month but most of the time you cant even send mesg as it keeps on saying not send. its just the one problem after another and needs to be stoppe. does cell c really care that much about their clients or is it just they way cell c works
