Every since I took out this contract I have had endless issues!!!

<p>I recently took out a contract at Westwood mall after experiencing issues I got the contract. My plan was R380 a month and since it was a open line I asked for my credit limit to be changed down to R1. I then received a bill of R430 after my first month when querying I was told it was because of a sim swop which was correct. Second month I was charged R512 and no one could advise me why this has happened. Every month then after my bill is R430 and this is not correct. When using up the R1 credit I have asked for I still pass that amount and have a high credit which I did not ask for. Secondly Cell C is not debeting their funds when they need to and now make it my issue this is the second Time this had happened and there is more than enough funds in my account!!!!</p>
