EVERY MONTH THE SAME PROBLEM

<p>I have a cell contract with Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>The arrangement is that they email me a statement of account whereby I settle it by EFT.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every single month they fail to send the account and then, due to non payment, threaten to stop my account or stop it without warning.</p> <p> </p> <p>The question is how do they expect me to settle my account if I don't have an invoice telling me what is owing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to phone them every month to beg them to send me the invoice so that I can pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>This will be the last contract I take out with Cell C - their service and attitude stinks,</p>
