Every Cell C interaction is problematic

I consider myself a good client with 4 contracts, one renewed. In return, Cell C *****s me. First they deducted a sim fee which clearly wasn't advertised, then they messed me around with a sim swap and promised to call back, but didn't, It took me several hours to get this resolved and longer to persuade them not to charge additional fees for the swap<br> <br> What is infuriating is the response to Hello Peter - the matter is in hand, or has been resolved. None of my issues has been resolved. Not one!<br> <br> Now Cell C is trying to apply 60 days notice for my cancellation, instead of 30 days. I requested a manager call me back this morning and no one called. I had to phone back again this afternoon. <br>
