Ever Pathetic Cell C

I have never in my life received such terrible service... how can Cell C tell me that VODACOM does their billing, they messed up my Account, and i have to pay for that mess. For months now i have been calling their contact centre to try and rectify this mess, and no one knows what on earth is going on. 1st, it was their retail outlet at Mall Of Africa, who wanted to make a sale so desperately, they **** to me - guess who must take responsibility for that??.. ME!!. Why??? Why am i the one who has to sort this mess up?.. I have been your client for over 15yrs and you dont seem to care. I am so disappointed and hurt by you guys.. I will never, ever, recommend you to anyone. Never!!!
