Even SA politicians don't tell as many lies

I called Cell C on the 6th of May to cancel my contract. As per standard policy, I had to give 30 days notice to do so. According to the agent I spoke to, the contract would be cancelled on the 6th of June, I would still receive the minuites, data and smss due on the 1st, but would only have till the 6th to use them. Today I discovered that the minuites were not loaded and when I call Cell C, I am told that it was cancelled on the 6th of May and I called in on the 6th of April. When I ask them to send me a recording of the phone call which is date and time stamped, I am told that it will take 48 hrs. When I ask them to listen to them phone call themselves, she says she see phone calls made to the call centre in April, NOT TRUE, will listen to all the calls made and call me back in 30 min, AGAIN NOT TRUE.

From Prince who cannot/will not listen to his 'supervisor' and chief **** Lisa Maluleke it trully is no wonder why people are always complaining about Cell C.

I want what was originally promised to me by the person who cancelled my contract, all my contract benefits allocated to me now in June and SIX DAYS to use them, from when they are loaded as it was not done on the 1st.
