even now i am still awaiting feedback on my query

i have complained about the manner of approach by cell c and i have not received any feedback and i have been sent from pillar to post regarding a matter that can be solved. from the agents i have been advised that they will call me back but nothing, what i will do is change my banking details so that there is no money in my account for you not to debit thereafter i will make a manual payment on the amount i must pay because what happened is not my problem but the incompetence i had to acquire when trying to do the right thing and paying off my contracts.
