Even more pathetic

<p> I am losing my mind here, 4 hours and still no call, i dont believe you are taking this complaint seriously, i have been told you will call.....nothing, I have called back, to be shunted between departments, to be told you cant cancel your contract, really, so now I want a Manager, put on hold, transferred to customer care, you are at the wrong department and I cant put your through to a manager, really, please dial 082143, ok, it does not exist....that number is useless....</p> <p>I am not impressed, I think you have absolutely no customer care....at all, please cancel my contract ***, if you need to speak to me dial *** and i will anser, the other number is not with me...get it?????????</p>
