Even after cancelling my contracts with Cell C, I am still haunted by their incompetency.

I would like someone to send me paid up letters for the contracts I had with cell c and update my information with all credit bureaus.

I have been trying to obtain the information from your call center consultants but instead I receive statements, get transferred from one department to another or told to wait. This in turn is halting my progress as I am looking for a job and my potential employer is doing a background check on me and regards my accounts long overdue even though the accounts are settled.

I tried sending an email to customer service regarding paid up letters but in turn got what a computer screenshot with no logo or professionalism whatsoever from Kelebogile Shabangu for Incident: ***.

I have tried calling legal but apparently members of that department are not at work since COVID started. Please help
