Essue resolved by manager cell c Sandton,, problem coursed by insurance Hollard not them

I would like to thank hellopeter for helping to resolve my phone essue.. Cell c manager called me after my complaint, he attended it, within few days I got my phone,,only to find out that the problem was the insurance company,, Hollard,, he did pushed them as they were still telling him to wait for 7days again..thanks to him also..
