eSIM poor service from Cellc

I’m a Cell C contract customer who went to two outlets today in Polokwane “Mall of the North/Savannah Mall” trying to get an eSIM and I was told they do not have and they have no idea if or when they will get it. I called customer care and they say I should go to the store but the store doesn’t know if they will ever receive stock. They also can’t courier it. So I’m left with no options but to terminate my contract with them because I’m paying for services that I’m not utilising.
