Esim functionality

I'm trying to register an e sim for my Samsung galaxy active 2 smart watch. I called the call center and after moving me to many different departments with no help or information about the esim, I was told to go the branch, I went the the springs branch cellc and was told they don't have esims at the moment and since it's not an actual sim,it seems like they also didn't know what this is. I was told the watch only works with Bluetooth. Can somebody please assist with this, somebody that is knowledgeable about esim functionality. Please note that the watch has the the capability as it's stated on the box
