Escalators
The only thing cellc staff are good at is escalating problems. No one wants to take resposibility for queries. It seems that when staff escalate issues they secretly want us to forget about the query. Almost 2 months have gone by without my query being attended to. This query is also from 6 months back and i forgot to follow up on it. From azwianzi to muntu to zintle....the moment my debit order does not go through the staff are quick to phone yet when it's the other way around nothing happens.

07 Nov 2019, 04:36First of all, I do NOT like the tone of your email. Secondly, do your research first and look for the email I sent to your customer service for muntu's attention. So you ask what is my problem? The problem is stupid, incompetant, arrogant staff that gives a company a bad name.
