EPIC 100 contracts...

I have become a chronic complainer on hellopeter with regard to cell c, but this appears to be the best avenue to be heard by cell c. My present complaint has led me to be completely disappointed with cell c. I most definitely will not renew either of my 2 contracts with cell c. I was migrated to the epic 100, that states you can use the R100 airtime to buy data/sms/use for call etc..... what they do not tell you is that you CANNOT use this airtime to buy data bundles...your airtime can be used for data(at 99c per MB), but not to purchase a bundle.... Cell C is not providing their customers with proper information....This contract forces you to recharge every time...hence costing you more and more for the month....I am extremely disappointed....its obviously a sales strategy but you are going to turn loyal customers against you because no one likes being mislead
